The 2025 vintage has delivered a chardonnay with notes of pastry, flinty bath salts, white peach and citrus notes. The palate is very approachable with flavours of peach and ripe grapefruit, balanced acidity and some lovely tension for this yarra classic.
Vinification & Elevage: Fruit is crushed and pressed to French oak for primary fermentation. Partial malolactic conversion on lees for 9 months before bottling.
Fruit is sourced from two vineyards in Gruyere, the clones P58 and I10V5 feature in this Yarra Valley blend.
