Pale straw in appearance, a result of brief skin contact. The nose is aromatic yet restrained, with a subtle hint of musk layered with delicate floral blossom. The palate is bright and precise, with Fuji apple, Bosc pear, and ripe citrus, underpinned by crisp acidity. A gentle chalky phenolic texture adds structure and a clean, refreshing finish.
This wine is made with texture and generosity in mind. Fermented in French oak foudre, then matured on fine lees for six months, it reveals a graceful balance of richness and purity. Bottled in September 2025.
