A lifted nose of violets, plums, clove and nutmeg and dark chocolate dipped cherries. The palate is richly flavoured with dark plum fruits, Christmas cake, glace cherry and mocha.
Vinification: This fortified wine is made from a Yarra Valley Shiraz which has had additional distilled grape-based spirit added to it and the sugar level is 50grms/litre.
