Tasting Notes:
A nose of purple fruit and florals, wet river stone and a little black pepper spice. On the palate there is plush blue and red fruits, nice breadth across the palate, soft and juicy but it pulls in with nice tannin and lingering flavours of spiced plum and allspice.
Winemaking Notes:
Vinification & Elevage: Fully destemmed, a cold soak prior to fermentation and on skins for 14 days. The wine was pressed to aged French oak for malolactic conversion on lees. In oak for 10 months.

2023 was a vintage where a wet spring provided challenges, yet through hard work and perserverance we enjoyed a mild and kind harvest period that has produced wines of vibrancy and finesse.
