Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Strawberries and cream, summer stone fruit.
PALATE: Notes of juniper & citrus, a savoury back palate of red apple from the Rosé wine.
FINISH: Dry, clean and crisp.
BOTANICALS USED: Rochford Shiraz, Grenache Rosé wine, Juniper, Coriander Seed, Angelica Root, Orris Root and Cacia Bark.
