This is a bright style of fortified Shiraz showcasing plum pudding aromas, sumptuous spicy dark berry fruits and a generous volume of sweetness to pair with coffee, desserts and some cheeses. Enjoy wine whilst vibrant and youthful, or if you are patient - with careful cellaring you will be rewarded.
Winemaking Notes:
Vinification: This fortified wine is made from a young Yea Valley Shiraz which has had additional distilled grape-based spirit added to it and the sugar level is 50grms/litre.
