A taste to remember.
There is a real 'pop' to the aromas of this Pinot. Bright red fruits of raspberry and red cherry; iron filings and ferrous earthy bass notes. There is some carbonic lift and chicory with alpine herbs and a little five spice.
The palate has vitality - flavours of red plum, raspberry seed, pomegranate, spiced honey nuts. A little paprika is in there too. The tannins are fine and let the fruit flow freely, a "pretty" Pinot from a warm season.

The craft behind
the character.
This Pinot Noir was fermented entirely as whole berries using clones 114,115, MV6, 667, and Abel, then matured in French oak barriques (10% new) for nine months on leesbefore blending and bottling.
