Scents of flint, nougat, lime and grapefruit with lit candles in the background. The palate is juicy and flavoursome with white peach, oatmeal, pastry and fresh quince. There's a flinty thread running beneath the stone fruit with a nice twist of oak spice.

From vineyard to bottle
The craft behind
the character.
Sourced from our Gruyere vineyards on Briarty Road in the Yarra Valley, this Chardonnay (clones 76 and I10V5) was gently pressed as oxidised juice and fermented in French oak barriques (15% new), then matured on lees until November before blending and bottling.
