On the nose, there’s a mix of juicy purple fruit, floral notes, a bit of wet stone, and a hint of black pepper. The palate is full of plush blue and red fruits with a nice, broad feel – soft, juicy, and super easy to drink. It tightens up a little with some gentle tannins, finishing with lingering flavors of spiced plum and a touch of allspice.
Vinification & Elevage: Fully destemmed, a cold soak prior to fermentation and on skins for 14 days.
