Tasting Notes:
This rosé presents with a pale copper hue, it has a perfumed nose of peach, strawberry and rose petals. On the palate its soft and inviting with strawberry and citrus fruits, picnic ready while both savoury and chalky on the finish.

Vinification & Elevage: Fruit is pressed to stainless steel for fermentation without
temperature control. The wine remains on fine lees until blending after 3 months prior to bottling.
Viticultural Notes:
2023 was a vintage where a wet spring provided challenges, yet through hard work and perseverance we enjoyed a mild and kind harvest period that has produced wines of vibrancy and finesse.
