Notes of strawberry and cream, lavender and talcum powder. The palate shows plenty of savoury flavours showcasing the cabernet fruit spectrum, fruits of red currant and cherry with a soft creamy textures. A dry style Rosé.
Vinification & Elevage: Fruit was gently pressed with minimal skin contact and fermented in stinless steel. It rested on fine lees to bring quiet depth and texture.
