Shipping and Returns Policy

Australian Shipping:

Wine, spirits and gift hampers can be delivered Australia wide.

Shipping & handling cost for wine & spirit orders is charged per dozen, or part thereof, for the first 3 dozen per transaction. Subsequent dozens are free of charge. Gift hampers are charged per individual hamper.

Deliveries to the Yarra Valley and Greater Melbourne are conducted by Rochford staff and orders will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Shipping to the rest of Victoria and Inter-state is handled by Australia Post Wine Delivery Service and goods may take approximately 2 weeks to be delivered.

Click & Collect:

We offer Click & Collect if you are visiting us soon and wish to pick up from our Cellar Door in the Yarra Valley.

Click & Collect is FREE for all orders with no minimum purchase value.

Collection times are between 10am-11:30am or 3pm-5pm daily, excluding our Major Event Days.

Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout. When your order is ready to collect, you will receive a collection notification SMS – normally within 24 hours of placing an order.

Please wait for the SMS indicating that your order is ready before coming to collect your order.

Due to periods of high demand, there may be delays to Click & Collect orders. Hold tight, as any delay should be short. Thank you for your understanding.

We hold Click & Collect orders for 14 calendar days from when you receive your collection notification.

If you do not collect your order within 14 calendar days we will cancel the order and refund the purchase back to the payment method used when placing your order.

International Shipping: Wine

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our shipping costs DO NOT include taxes and duties payable at the receiving end. Each country has unique tax and duty costs as well as regulations on importing alcohol. Please check for regulations, taxes and duties that apply to alcohol imports in your county.

Heat Policy:

During the warmer months, Rochford reserves the right to delay the shipping of wine, as the product could become affected by heat stress during transport. This is done to protect the quality of the wine and reduce the chance of wine being delivered with taint from heat exposure. Although every effort is made to avoid heat exposure at the winery, we can't guarantee that our products won't be impacted by high temperatures once the wine has left the winery, especially if it has a long way to travel. Please ensure shipping instructions account for the wine to be left in a suitable, shade/cool position at your delivery address to further assist in protecting your order from heat exposure. Returns Policy:

Wine will be replaced if the wine is damaged during transit or if the incorrect wines have been shipped with your order. We do not offer refunds in these circumstances. All our wines pass a stringent quality assurance test during production.
