Tasting Notes:
Inspired by great wines of Alsace, it’s all barrel fermented with a bonus light blush appearance courtesy of a partial short skin contact. There are notes of nashi pear, fresh ginger, yuzu, yellow apples, beach sand aromas and talc. On the palate it's juicy with flavours set to pear, quince, and a hint of lemongrass. It has crisp acids and finishes with gentle phenolic grip.

Picked on the 24th of March
Vinification & Elevage: Fruit is crushed and pressed with solids to aged 500L puncheon. The wine remained on lees for 3 months prior to bottling.
