Infused with Rochford Chardonnay, and matched with complementing botanicals to create a truly unique gin style that expresses the essence of the wine clearly.
Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Aromas of Chardonnay are present eventuating into white grapefruit.
PALATE: A clean, crisp profile of classic gin botanicals are present. Focus of juniper, coriander seed, citrus (white grapefruit) and a general background warmth supplied by the cinnamon and almonds.
FINISH: This gin has a short finish with an oily presence from the almonds which carries a marzipan quality.
