The name Rimedio is Italian for Remedy, Solution or Healer.
Our limited release Rochford Rimedio was made with Yarra Valley Pinot Noir aged in aged wooden barrels for 5 years and after spirit fortification, we blended in hand selected spices and botanicals. Rimedio is our take on an Italian product
called Barolo Chinato which is often served as an aperitif pre or post dinner at family celebrations.
