Tasting Notes:
A Rosé made from Pinot Noir and Gris from a single site in Gruyere, Yarra Valley. This rosé opens with notes of strawberry top, white peach, citrus zest and gentle spice. The palate is generous and refreshing at once. The flavours are of strawberry, red apple and subtle pastry notes.
Winemaking Notes:
Vinification & Elevage: A dry style rosé. Fruit was gently pressed taking the first 600L per tonne with minimal skin contact and fermented in stainless steel. It rested on fine lees to bring quiet depth and texture.
Viticultural Notes:
Picked on the 7th and 8th March.
