Tasting Notes:
This Pinot Gris pours into the glass with a light blush from 24 hours of vine contact prior to pressing. Aromas of pear, fresh quince, citrus flower and a hint of cardamom. The palate shows bosc pear, red apple and limes. There is a nice chalky phenolic making this a perfect wine to pair with food.

Picked on the 7th of March.
Vinification & Elevage: Fruit was crushed and pressed to stainless steel, then matured in a combination of seasoned oak and stainless steel to retain varietal purity while building subtle texture.
