Tasting Notes:
NOSE: Deep rich warming winter aromas of spiced plums, cherries, clove and cinnamon.
PALATE: Highlights of deep winter red fruits balanced with sweetness and spice such as juniper, clove and orange from the Gin.
FINISH: Textural with a long finish that blends all botanical characteristics with fruit and spice.
BOTANICALS USED: Rochford Shiraz wine, Juniper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Orris Root, Angelica Root, Aniseed, Orange, Pimento, Coriander Seed and Sunflower Seed.
