Tasting Notes:
Aromas of pears, citrus blossom, rosemary and macadamia nuts. The palate shows nashi pear, musk, refreshing acidity and a touch of salty brine note.

Vinification & Elevage: Fruit was crushed and pressed to stainless steel, then matured in a combination of seasoned oak and stainless steel to retain varietal purity while building subtle texture.
