Aromas of grapefruit skin, Fuji apple, cinnamon muffin and subtle creamy lees influence with a little ginger nut biscuit.
The palate shows pear and juicy spiced apple with soft acids and gentle phenolic grip. The warm vintage offers an accessible expression that will no doubt develop nicely over time, yet is ready to go now in its youth.
Picked from 16th to 27th of February 2025.

…A light, bright green gold. Gentle stone fruit aromas and a touch of vanillin lead onto the light, nicely balanced and refreshing palate. Drink now and over the next two to three years.

Sourced from our vineyards in Gruyere and a site in Yarra Junction, this Chardonnay (of 5 clones) was fermented in French oak barriques (10% new), puncheons, and large foudres, then aged on lees for nine months to enhance texture and flavour before blending and bottling.
