Australian Moscato is a fresh, light and sweet style of white wine. Pale straw with green hues, the wine has fragrant rose petals and tropical summer fruits with a hint of zingy citrus finish. Lively floral and tropical fruit flavours, natural sweetness, balanced with zesty acidity and a refreshing spritz.
Winemaking Notes:
The Victorian fruit was harvested at night when the temperature was coolest to retain maximum fruit flavour. The juice was cool fermented in stainless steel with aromatic yeast strains. The wine was bottled early to capture the vibrant fruit characters.
