“I like this wine quite a lot. I like it because of the wine’s inherent flavour, and for its texture, and for the dry chalky nature of its finish. It tastes of peaches and pears with light slips of meal, popcorn and cedar, and while it finishes dry it also finishes confident. This is pretty much pitch perfect.”

Tasting Notes:
Super expressive nose of orchard fruit, orange blossoms, cedar spiced oak and croissant pastry notes. The palate is buoyant with white stone fruit, nectarine and white peach, there's spiced green apple and some lively juicy acid. The fine phenolics give depth and showcase the quality of this wine's wonderful vineyard sources.
Winemaking Notes:
