Tasting Notes:
Notes of fresh pastry, spiced peach and a little almond meal. On the palate stone fruits are the mainstays along with apple pie, and a cleansing lime acidity with a nice gentle grip.
Winemaking Notes:
Picked from 6th to 16th of March
Vinifications & Elevage: Fruit crushed and destemmed, then pressed to barrel for fermentation on lees. In oak for 9 months before racking prior to bottling.
Viticultural Notes:
2023 was a vintage where a wet spring provided challenges, yet through hard work and perserverence we enjoyed a mild and kind harvest period that has produced wines of vibrancy and finesse.
